Chi Omega is for a Lifetime!:D |
Dear All,
I have an incredible number of pms and emails from you guys expressing your happiness for Ballerina and support for BlazerCheer, and asking lots of questions. I will try to answer them here due to the volume-- and classes being about to start where I teach! Please forgive me for doing it this way! Ballerina is sublimely happy in Chi Omega. She adored both groups she preffed and has good friends in both. She has a great Owl Pal and has been to a fraternity social already. She has a good schedule too! BlazerCheer is concentrating on cheering and pre-med classes right now; their first game is next week. She's hoping for another 4.0...in the meantime, she holds no grudges against the Greek system and plans to try again when the time is right. Thank you all for your unbelievable support! God bless you! |
I'm so sorry to have missed this carnation and Ballerina!! CONGRATS to you on your new sisterhood with Chi Omega. One of my best friends is a Chi-O and she loves it!!

Carnation,
It's so generous for you to update all of us on Blazercheer and Ballerina! Everything seems to be going well. I can tell you that although I'm a very new poster here and I don't know you, you and your daughters have often been in my thoughts. I wish all the best for them and you. Thanks again for updating us on their progress. Fraternally, violets |
I just read this entire thread from beginning to end without cheating and going straight to the end. What suspense! I want to congratulate Ballerina on Chi Omega! I wish both of the daughters the best in their future collegiate endeavors. :D

May I be forgiven for another PS to this thread?
BALLERINA MADE THE POM/DANCE SQUAD!!! Woo-hoo! One dancer, one cheerleader! She had tryouts over the weekend and the director cut from 30 candidates down to ten! We are so very happy!!!!!:) :) :) |

just consider her mom...
sounds like the girls are settled. lol :) |
I am so thrilled to hear that Ballerina is now a sister!!!!!!!!!! I know she is going to do great..........and I hope that Blazercheer has a wonderful time with the squad and that things work out for her as she wants them to.
Chi Omega has definitely been enriched!!!!!!!!!!! Carnation, I don't envy you, being in the position to have to watch your precious girls go through rush. I know that this day will come for me too (not anytime soon, thank heavens, we just did the old school shopping and my little princess is getting outfitted in the size 4s from the Children's Place!!!!!!!!!!!!) One part of me looks forward to it, hoping that my daughter will one day be my sister, but another part of me agonizes over the thought. You have two awesome girls (well, not just two but you know what I mean) and I know you are proud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Erika |
