OK, you'll do!!

Thanks.

They just recolonized and got their charter, and from what I read are doing very well.

GPhiBLtColonel 06-11-2003 02:22 AM

That's good to hear!

Glad to hear that -- when I heard the Delts lost their charter way back when, I just could not imagine the Row without them! I wonder if they are back in their same house? Glad they are doing well!! Yay! DTD!!:D

By the way, someone, anyone PLEASE answer my ignored question about Chelsea Clinton -- was she in a sorority in college? I want details!!

sugar and spice 06-11-2003 02:33 AM

I have heard that Chelsea Clinton wasn't in a sorority in college, but I have no serious sources to back that up. It seems that since such a big deal was made over the Bush twins' sorority affiliation, we'd surely have heard about it by now if Chelsea was in one. Also, since Chelsea's mom wasn't a sorority woman herself, it's probably less likely that Chelsea would go Greek.

AZpinkkittie 06-11-2003 10:01 AM

So what chapter did the Bush twins affiliate with?? Now I'm really curious. If nobody has the former first daughter, I want to know who has the current ones??

aabby757 06-11-2003 10:03 AM

Linda Robb (President Johnson's daughter) was a Zeta at University of Texas.

Jenna Bush -- or is it Barbara -- the blonde twin who also goes to UT is a Theta.

MSKKG 06-11-2003 11:28 AM

I thought I saw somewhere that Barbara pledged Theta at Yale also. Jenna is a Theta at UT.

GPhiBLtColonel 06-11-2003 11:35 AM

I thought....

...that Kappa was the only NPC sorority at Yale???

MSKKG 06-11-2003 12:02 PM

I got curious and went to the Yale site. Kappa is the only one listed or registered, but Theta does have a chapter there. I went to the Theta national site, and Yale was listed. On the Kappa site, they mentioned rush and Panhellenic, so I assumed there was at least one other group. I'm not sure who else is there, but at least those two are.

I heard the same thing, and saw a picture of Jenna with a Theta pin. With both Laura & her mother being Thetas, I would imagine that Barbara would have been initiated into Kappa Alpha Theta, chapter or no chapter.
