It was already enough that Sean was having an affair with Jay but now it turns out that Jay is on the "DL". Now, I'm looking forward to seeing how this develops :p

I do think Kia was being a bit dramatic in leaving Jeff. First, she should have never said anything to him in the first place because of Jeff and Kyle's rocky relationship but she also needed to consider his position as team captain. They do play a contact sport and any transfer of fluids puts others at risk. Leaving him was immature, IMO. She could have gone home pissed and waited to cool off but I've got a feeling something bad will happen to Jeff and then Kia will be knee-deep in guilt.

Krys - Stop while you are ahead, girlfriend. Public sympathy was on your side but you can ruin your rep by going down this route.

I read the new ep during Grey's Anatomy commercial breaks.

The Deltas provided great drama this week, but why end the ep on a truly wack, incomplete note? :(

I am sorry, I thought this episode was a total letdown. The wait WAS NOT worth it.

@tld221: I refuse to believe she's taking readers' thoughts into consideration. We get excited for a minute, but the writer did not keep up that momentum.

When I said "great drama" regarding the Deltas, I should've said noted that it was great in relation to the regular eps. Taylor was messy with Laci, and suddenly, all of the Deltas are finally cool with Taylor. Then, Baby PaperWait LaShanda is allegedly interested in Delta. Her mom must've put her up to it, but I'd love to see how the Deltas deal with her during rush or just the informational.

Honestly, anyone who just read that can probably avoid reading the ep. Carsen's & Melinda's run in was a real let down. I was expecting cat fight but got a kitten fight.

it wasnt even fight-worthy. they exchanged a few words and then Melinda was like "im leaving." would it have behooved the writers to ... i dunno... have the three of them converse without a fight?

clearly the storyline is written to bring the three together with some sort of resolve, not just a half-assed confrontation.

sadly, the most exciting storyline involves an Iota - go figure.

I think Lashonda's mom Valerie is who put that idea in the Deltas head. Besides that I agree that there was something lacking in the episode.

I agree. I dont think Lashonda is interested in Delta at all. She probably don't even know she's a supposed prospect now. Her mom just really wants her to be a delta....and she really wants to be an AKA.

Jovan/Joi/Krystalyn: Jovan is not at fault at all. I am conflicted about where to stand with Joi because 1) She did fool around with someone knowing that he was engaged and 2) Joi gave Krystalyn permission to and we all know what Krystalyn's intentions was. (Hey, Karma is a B*tch) However, any female would be upset if they find significant other in the position that Jovan was in. I do think she should have giving Jovan the benefit of the doubt.....

Mona/Romona: Are these two related????? Anywhoo, real curious to know what type of plans Mona has and what she will use the Alphas for. And what will happen when she finds out about Jay and Sean....

Kyle/Stasha: I can't see Stasha putting her health on the line for Kyle. Simple as that. I do not mean cruelly negative, but I smell a suicide coming up.....

I think I'm going against the majority here, but I think Stasha should think about it. Medicine has improved a great deal over the years and they are still working on more medications. I feel bad he has to leave school though.

@ Soror tld221, "SO.CORNY" is just the right word to describe the proposal. I need Stasha to snap on him really hard or just tell him to "Go with God" because he can't go anywhere with her anymore. I agree with Angelicqt716 that there have been advances in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, but that won't do a thing for the trust issues that Stasha must have.

For the last month or so, I have just been reading what you all post. More interesting that way. lol.

I agree that the Melinda/Carsen/Valerie/Joe conversation was boring. I wasn't impressed with Mona's attitude either. She'll wiggle out of it like always *sigh*.

However, I am curious about Marcellus' (sp?) conversation.

I'd also like to see what happens with the Taylor/Keshawn/Laci run-in. I thought Taylor was lying when she said they were back together.

I thought Taylor was lying too. But Keshawn should have been told Laci.

I'm interested in what dirt Marcellus has going on too.

Once again I feel like the author skipped an episode in the Melinda/Val/Carsen situation. :(

I scanned and witnessed the fluff for myself. This is a result of trying to juggle so many storylines right out the gate. Back in the day, ATSB started out slowly and only focused on Alphas and AKAs, and then other orgs slowly appeared. We got to know the characters better because ADoP knew the characters and their lives so much better.

I miss ADoP, too, but he's doing his work as a man of God. No chance of that. *kicks rocks*

This episode was cool...a nice setup hopefully for next week. They certainly have us interested(lol). I was surprised with the ending...kinda didn't see it coming. This party situation could prove to be very interesting. IT IS SO ABOUT TIME THAT TAYLOR LET NATALIE HAVE IT!! You can only be snide and snarky to people for only so long. Yea...I said it.:cool:

I am kind of hoping that Taylor lets Keshawn have it myself! He is bouncing between the two of them and in my opinion who wants that type of man?? Otherwise I can't wait to see the rest of the drama unfold!
