There are a lot of people on FB SL who hate slappers. Some people will burn list you even for one slap.

My suggestions: 1. Grow your house - at your level you need at least 145 sisters. Check out forums.sistersapps.com or ask your house members to pass your name around. 2. Load up on glam with high popularity. 3. Whenever you get money, once you're through buying glam, bank whatever is left. If it's in the bank it's safe. 4. Stop slapping. It doesn't benefit you, and there are a lot of anti-slappers out there - you'll just piss them off.

Ditto. If I get $0 or pocket change on an attack, I don't attack again. But if someone has piles of money lying around for the taking, I will attack until one of us is in the spa.

Ok, this is sort of evil, but whatever...


I couldn't figure out why the other day when I was playing, I was getting loads of cash from fighting, but the last few times, I was just getting my tail kicked for a couple hundred bucks, and was spending more on the spa than banking. Then, I realized that the other day, I was playing before work at 5AM EST, which means most people have been logged off and their job building money NOT in the bank while they were sleeping. Again I'm playing at 5AM, and again, loads of cash.

PS - I'm one of the smallest houses in my Level, so I'm one of those that spends most people's normal waking hours constantly in the spa. So I don't care if I'm not fighting fair.:p

^^Oh, I definitely do that! If you are around at a time when you can get a lot of cash, then take it!

I'm glad I've got a temp job lined up for July, I need to step away from SL a bit. ;) I tried joining a new group yesterday that was supposed to be all about not telling others how they should play the game, and allowing people to have their own opinions without imposing groupthink. Except after I joined I was informed that I needed to be willing to gang up on anyone that I was asked to gang up on, regardless of the reason or provocation. One of the members was saying some pretty nasty things on a slapper's WB, and I don't condone that type of abusive behavior. But I was expected to help her attack that person. Hmm. Something about that doesn't quite sound right. ;) So yeah, I'm not in the group after all.

Meh. This is what happens when you are unemployed for a few months I guess!

I've created a FB account just for SL. At first, I put my name on a pimp train, but turns out I didn't feel comfortable with a bunch of random people on my FB. I deleted them after they joined my house, but like pbear's said before, there's that time frame between them accepting my friend request and me signing in to put them on my SL high-security list.

Yeah, it's no longer in my feed, otherwise I'd copy it here and laugh. Seriously, if you're not getting anything from the fights, why keep attacking? You're probably hurting yourself more then helping.

You know, I have some real fun on the feeds sometimes, but the stuff about that particular person that pbear was mentioning earlier is really getting old. I don't have her in my house, and I've never had her in my house, and maybe she's a nice person behind all the drama and I might even LIKE her if I got to know her, but I've never interacted with her at all and have no reason to have her in my house. But I'm not gonna go on a witch hunt to purposely persecute her.

I'm also tired of this "you have so-and-so in your house, so I have to delete you" crap. I tell my housemembers to run clean houses, and all I can do is hope that they do that. I get rid of slappers, racists, and other idiots out of my house, but if I start deleting sisters of sisters who are also sisters of These Particular Bitches, how many people am I gonna have in my house???

I go there and have fun. When I'm not having fun anymore that day, I log off. Easy peasy. :)

Boo....SL went down for maintenance RIGHT after I had designed a logo and won $150,000.00 and when it came back, I only had $120,000.00.

Ok - I'm not trying to be a "bully", but when I go to the "Fight" tab, it usually only gives me girls at LEAST 1 level above me. How do I find girls that are a level or so below me? I've made it to Level 37, but I still only have 21 in my house, so the people ABOVE me are out of my league.

Actually, my QUESTION was how to find people a level below me so that I have a sporting chance. The thing about the fight list only bringing up people above my level was more of a comment.

Honestly, the levels really don't make that much of a difference other than you might have a higher paying job and you'll have a couple more skill points. If there's someone around your level with a smaller house, bookmark their profile and come back to it when the fight page is full of people who have bigger houses.

I'm at level 98 with around 190 members--everyone my level has 500+. I've been sinking all of my skill points into popularity. When I need influence points, I take a trip to the spa to boost my confidence, and I'm immediately attacked by people who see the low house number. About half the time, they lose and I get the influence.

IDK if there is an actual way to bring up a list of people that are a level below you. It's like white Rose said, it is more about the skill points you have and the type of glam you have.

At level 37 people can only fight with a max house of 185....and usually people don't glam up everyone, so you can still have a chance. Unless you have absolutely no money in the bank to spa up, I'd say try an attack them. You never know if you might win.

Think that's bad...last night saw a comment about one of my "sisters" (who is actually a guy) saying that he's a pathetic little bitch...blah blah blah. So I directed my "sister" to this comment and all hell broke loose. The person who left that comment said it was "war" with me because I shouldn't be telling my "sisters" his/her "private comments." Ummm...since when is a broadcast private? I woke up this morning to 50 new depressions...and they keep coming. Fun :rolleyes:

I told this chick to stop her whining when I burn-listed her. Here's her reply to me:

How the hell do you get brownie points?! I know of people who have hundreds of them, and I can't even seem to get 20. Is there a way to complete those offers without going through 10 minutes of clicking "no" to all of these companies, only to get absolutely nowhere?

Buying them..or doing the DirecTV or credit card offers. One of my friends did the DirecTV offer and got 850 brownie points.

But those are the only other options if you don't want to do the "free" offers.

I had been planning to get a new ccard for a while, so I signed up for a Discover card to get BPs. When I called in to activate my new card, suffice to say I wasn't prepared with a good answer when they guy asked me what interested me about discover card (why I applied for the discover card over some other kind of card). :D Heh. He was a good sport, made it sound like he was laughing with me and not at me when I laughingly explained that it was to get points for a facebook app. :o

i did the posterpass.com thing, and ordered 4 posters for $16 and got somewhere between 150 and 200 BPs
