I watched a couple episodes last night and I still love it. I'm in class when it's on, so I watch them on the net. I always laugh, so it's all good over here (oh, and I LOVE that Janine is back. I love Demetria McKinney, but I like her better as the "bad girl" like in Why Did I Get Married, the play).

P.S. That cankle is NASTY.

I like the uncle and the aunt too. I agree with you about the rest of the cast, though. The little girl can go play on the freeway.

I know this sounds bad, but when I watch a sitcom, I want to laugh, not learn valuable lessons. I had my fill of "very special episodes" in the 80's! There is too much hugging and learning on "House of Payne."

Also, they can't seem to stick to a story. Case in point: I watched the episode where Janine tells Aunt Ella that she is pregnant. That was like 5 minutes of the show. Then Calvin comes in telling everyone that he's "graduating". Hubby and I are like, "What happened to Janine being pregnant? Are they coming back to that?" And they never did, except for that slip-up that Aunt Ella made to Uncle Curtis that went completely over his head. So, maybe they'll pick that back up tonight. :confused:

Let's see if they get back to Janine's pregnancy tonight.

Why would they even attempt to throw in Calvin's supposed graduation? Such a waste of a storyline, IMO.

I so haven't been keeping up...so did Janine and CJ re-marry or did Janine just move back in because she had no where else to go?

I watched House of Payne last night. I guess Janine's pregnancy storyline is gonna go the way of Chuck Cunningham and Judy Winslow: up the stairs, never to come down again. :confused:

Now that she has a job, why can't she move out?

I watched this week's episodes. I guess they are going to slowly drag out the Janine pregnancy storyline. Now her mom knows.

She kind of looks like she is pregnant for real....

She's not going to move out b/c that would make too much sense, LOL!!

I think I may have missed an episode or two - I don't remember anything about CJ finding any money.
