Matt is just so obnoxious. Camille is young and talented. If she lost the nerves, she would really do the dayum thing.

YES... Matt is GONE:)

Camera Whore is GONE!!!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

I am not a fan of JENNIFER's at all, but her attitude at repeatedly being in the bottom 3 does not endear her to me.

I did not see it last night but WTF was America thinking putting Latoya in the bottom 3 against either of the 2 Johns.

RBL 03-31-2004 10:37 PM

Wow America... John Stevens should have been outta there and the way the camera kept focising on him.. I think he knew it.. I knew there was no way Latoya was going home. I am glad Camile is safe(she can't win but I like her):D

I was spitting nails at the tv last night. I can't believe the choices that keep making it to the bottom!

Camille is one lucky girl-I liked her in the audition process but she has proven time and time again she isn't ready for this-let her get over her nerves and pursue in a few years.

Jon Paul doesn't have the talent yet he continues to survive.

Jon Stevens is a one trick horse (the Sinatra/laid back style) and even he KNEW that he should have at least hit the bottom 3. My mom and a lot of older people LOVE him and continue to vote for him.

Latoya's performance was great but wearing that mop on her head did not mean she should be in the bottom 3  .

But here we go again, people vote for who they like regardless of how they actually sound. I'm sure next week will be very interesting.

Star Jones said the same thing on The View today. She said she wasn't watching the show anymore. I thought she was being a little dramatic. Was it that bad? I really haven't watched much this season all I saw was the wild card show.

stardusttwin 04-02-2004 03:31 AM

Yes it was that bad-my favorites all did well-the ones I can't stand were all horible yet none of the worst performers made the bottom 3. There was no reason for Latoya to have been in the bottom 3 when Camile can't shake her nerves, Jon Paul can't hit a note and Jon Stevens (red head) was so off tune Hellen Keller could have gone on stage to direct him back to the music . Yet my mother will sit here and still declare he's her favorite (as I'm sure a bunch of people did) and continue to vote for him.

And while Amy was not my favorite based on talent and performance this was NOT the weekend for her to go home. I really think she got a raw deal. I'll keep watching for now, but if the voting keeps going just wrong I'll take my allergy med's and spend the evenings outside.

BTW according to Paula Abdul- Tamyra is performing next week Wed (and her album is coming out in June-finally) so I'm looking forward to seeing her.

I was tripping as well that Amy was sent home. I did not see the performances, true enough, but Amy had more vocal talent, range, and ability than both of the Johns.

Fantasia's voice was screechy and raspy at times to me as well. I am glad Simon caught what I did.
