i have the symbol font on my computer, but i dont know why its not working.

One slight error. It should be:

[ font=symbol ] PBF [ /font ] NOT [ /symbol ] minus all the spaces.

wait a sec...do i have to turn on the HTML code?

Use [] and NOT<>

Also, no quotation marks.
