My dad is a TKE. Other than that, my two nieces (by marriage) went through Recruitment because their aunt Dee is so cool and was in a sorority :). I'm fairly certain that one became an AZD at UNC-Wilmington. I don't know where the other is going to college. I don't have contact with them because I divorced their uncle. :( I'm trying to get my 9 year old daughter to get more info on them. She said that the one who went AZD had to quit because her grades got really bad but she thinks the other one is still in a sorority.
Miss those girls.. they're terrific! Dee |

People in my family like to make fun of me and my cousin for going greek. They think greeks are the stereotype. But i think they're starting to notice that thats not true.

My older sister was the first in our family, then the oldest sister followed suit and became a charter member of another sorority. Then I came in. Some of our cousins became members, too, and hubby and MIL are also Greek; I'll try and remember them all:

my brother is also a Pike. We are the only "greeks" in our family.
|
I am a Phi Mu.
My brother (older) is a Sigma Nu. He is the reason I went Greek. I admire him so much and saw all of the great things that being Greek did for him. No one else in my family has really gone to college so its just the two of us. Well my mother did but not to a university with Greeks. My husband is a Mason (and even though that is not a greek org he is certainly proud of his fraternity). I do have a little Phi Mu legacy and hopefully she too will be a greek one day :) !!!!! |
