I really wanted BG to win but could only listen to the game rather than watch it. The Smurf Turf was too much on my eyes.

On to the Rose Bowl....I just realized today that it is the Bucks vs. the Ducks. Awful, but it is! I'm sure Lee Corso will have something to say about that.

Is it bad that I'm scared to even watch? With Pryor disclosing his torn PCL and our less then stellar bowl record as of late, I'm worried.

VS - I caught the very end of a sports channel's show. It was showing the end of the game; it didn't register it was YOUR Idaho;) until I heard the word "Vandals" and I got excited for you!:D

There were many people who bought yellow lensed safety or shooting glasses to wear while watching the game as it changed smurf turf to green ;)

I was also quite excited, but I'm still :mad: that Coach Akey was #4 in the Liberty Mutual coach vote and didn't make it to the final stage. That other school down south is ironically named as it is after a town, but slapped state on it. They haven't been a university as long as I've been alive.

I'm still waiting for the date when Oregon State plays University of South Carolina. Beavers v. the Gamecocks. Think of the t-shirts that could be sold!

For at least the last 30 years, national cheerleading camps have been interesting because of the school cheers of the 'Cocks of both South Carolina and Jacksonville State.:eek:

Ugh the Rose Bowl was a good game. We fought the good fight (we're a Duck family). It was cool though, everyone taught me the rules of football and helped me understand what the heck was going on. I don't follow football well, I just cheer when I'm told. :o
