quick help...

Need some nametag ideas for recruitment... not a hannah or anchor or pineapple (our chapter fruit), cause those ideas are already taken...

Name tags

What about a shield (like the Pi Alpha pin?)...maybe for Pref since ya'll will be wearing your badges...they can see how it's part of your badge...

We've done Apples for skit night (DG's and the City - you know, like the big apple)...

We also did life rings with an anchor beside them...

Little dresses would be cute too...especially if made out of cardstock with different colored fabric glued on top.

The sounds kinda hokie, but I've seen name tags in the shape of ties (like a mens tie you wear around your neck)...they are made much shorter and fatter though, and really do look kinda cute.

You should make a pair of glasses...either eye or sunglasses...

Okay, that's all I can think of off the top of my head...

carolyn, i think the dress idea is so cute! you could also do little high heel shoes or purses if you are doing dg in the city. you could even do one piece bathing suits, palm trees, beach balls, flip flops, little boats, etc. do you have a theme for your recruitment period? i like thinking up this kind of stuff.

you have a chapter fruit?

we used our school logo for nametags one day (we had a very distinctive logo) - maybe the wolfprint?

what are the themes of your skits? maybe that would inspire some suggestions.

For Ice Water Teas, we did a pink anchor with our name on it.

For Philanthropy Day (theme: Sweet Home Delta Gamma) we did cowboy hats with our names on it, plus our name in braile!

Skit Day (DG In the City) Last year, we did black high heel shoes with a rhinestone and our name. This year we wore fitted red tshirts with our name embrodered in black on them.

Pref, last year we had wooden anchors spraypainted gold with a gold cord on them, and our name written in caligraphy. This year we had silver engraved nametags with a "badge" engraved, our name, and Delta Gamma.

Hope that helps!
