That's actually the old Phi Delt house. It burnt down in like 1995 or 1996, right before I was a freshman. They haven't updated the pictures in a long time. They still have FIJI on there and they left in 2001 and the DKE's are in there now and they renovated the house big time.

Just wanted to let you all know. I think the Phi Delt's have a picture on their website of their new house.

Also, the houses are owned the the organizations and the university owns the land. Each group designs it themselves. However, the plans are approved by the IHL College Board and the University before they are built.

The Ohio State houses are all SO pretty. I have friends in several chapters there (Alpha Xi, KKG, Tri Delt, and Chi O) and it's so cool to go down there and see where they live. I go to Kent, and our Greek housing is nice, but OSU houses are beautiful.

My boyfriend just graduated from grad school from OSU (he went there for undergrad too) and we used to drive down 15th (where most of the houses are located) to get a traffic light to turn onto High Street. I would drive slower just to take a look at the houses. I have a friend who is a TriDelt there. All of the houses at OSU are well kept and beautiful!
