They also have excellent country-style vegetables!

Did they ever! My sides - to go with the barbecue over cornbread - was collard greens, black eyed peas, and macaroni and cheese. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to have a shake for dessert. But somehow, I managed.

But, bring cash...last time I was there, they did not take credit cards!!!

Lunch was very inexpensive and with large servings. So I would suggest you bring a good appetite as well.

Next time, try Loveless Cafe for hot biscuits and country ham or fried chicken. Country music stars are frequently spotted there, too. Neat, out-of-the-way place!

I so wanted to eat there, but we didn't have time. Next year!

I checked their website but couldn't find a good picture to post.

Thank y'all for the updates.
I know I missed quite a few. I either do not have 'em or the links no longer work.

TSteven--
The picture you posted of the Sigma Chi house at Saint Louis University isn't correct. Unfortunately, there isn't a picture on our website either, since it is the only GLO with a house. At least I know for sure the front of the house doesn't look like that. Maybe the back? Anyways, just thought I'd let you know!

Sorry, my mistake. Anytime I've seen it, it sure hasn't looked like that, though! My apologies!

You know, you may be right. Looking at the picture it looks like it could be the back of the house. Does the house open on both sides? Say one a street side, while the other, perhaps, toward campus?

Now that I think about it, that could be the side that opens to one of the streets. Since you said that, I realized that one does open to that street and one opens towards campus. I guess I was thinking of how it looks on the side facing campus. I don't really know which would be considered the back of the house, though!

This is a little late, but Delta Phi at Cornell is hardly ever referred to as "Delta Phi" except when mentioned formally. They are known on campus as "Llenroc" (Cornell backwards).

http://www.ouifc.org/tour.html
I've already posted a pic of the Ohio University Delt Shelter, but I just ran across this on the updated IFC page on the university web site.
It's a "virtual tour" of several of the fraternity houses at O.U.
If you look closely, in the living room pic of the Delt house you can see a painting of the "old" Delt Shelter at Ohio, where I pledged in the mid-60's. There is a copy of the painting in the historical archives at our international headquarters.
