Sela Ward
I was flipping through channels and caught Regis and Kelly. During the interview Sela said that needed to correct US weekely magazine. In the magazine they said Sela was hazed by Chi Omega. Sela said that was untrue and Chi Omega is a wonderful sorority that doesn't tolerate hazing. She said she was in a high school soroity that hazed called the Dusties, which was completely different than Chi Omega. i thought that was cool that she wanted to make sure people knew that Chi Omega didn't haze.

I had the privilege of meeting Sela Ward at UA's homecoming game a few years ago. She is absolutely gorgeous in person!

There is a cute article on here in this week's people magazine. I just glanced over it, but some of what she talks about in there is how she loves being a Southern belle.

She was a Bama cheerleader when I coached the cheerleaders at Mississippi State. All the SEC cheerleaders were great friends and I'll never forget the last day of camp one year--one of our guys threw a piece of chocolate pie at a Bama guy, who ducked and...it hit one of these twin Bama cheerleaders in the face, then fell on the chest of her white uniform.
I can still see Sela sitting there next to her with her mouth open.

Sela is an outstanding representative of Chi Omega and I am extremely proud to be able to call her my sister. She has a great love for our organization and has been involved on the national level.

I have been seeing Sela Ward a lot lately. I wonder if she has a movie or tv show coming out. She's a good actress.

She was on Caroline Rhea promoting the book she wrote. I think she's focusing on that. I do think she's a great representative of greek life. I've been to her hometown too, they adore her there!

I always liked Sela Ward, too! She did a wonderful article in Southern Lady, and just seemed the epitome of graciousness!

I am glad to hear that Sela set the record straight about her sorority. That should give the creator of a certain bloody awful website (that shall remain nameless) something to really chew on. I loved "Sisters" and was upset when they cancelled the show. Is that show on syndication?

I absolutely adore Sela Ward. To me she is the epitome of what a southern belle is! Chi O has an outstanding sister among their midst and should be very proud of her. She speaks often of her Chi O affliation wheni see her on talk shows. Excellent role model.
As to the previous post Lifetime sometimes rotates that show with some other hour dramas but as of right now they do not have it running. Though I am hooked on "the Nanny" on Lifetime lol I get a pure kick out of that show.

I just finished her book Homesick which was wonderful. I could be wrong but I think she only specifically mentioned Chi Omega once or maybe twice. I believe there is a pic with her and a "sorority sister" but it didn't specifically say Chi Omega.

Our advisor met her and had her sign her book to our chapter. It says to the Psi Zeta chapter and congratulating us on our new house..We keep it in the living room on the coffee table."Very ladlylike and sweet", my advisor told us.We would expect nothing less from a sister, hehe.
