Haha! I'd love to get pics up of the house, but it's a former fraternity house and all the pics we have are from before we got it. So as you can imagine the pics have the fraternities' insignia etc in them. Once the house is done being "Sigmatized" I'll be sure to post pics.

Here's Epsilon chapter of TKE at Iowa State.

Here's the house the Tekes have moved into at Kansas University.

Sorry the image is so large(?). This house is being repaired as the fraternity that formerly occupied threw a big temper tantrum in it.

if we had the money, i have always wanted to purchase a hotel down the road and use it as a fraternity house.

each member would have their own room, bathroom, etc. breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets provided. heck, they already have meeting rooms on the ground floor and ballrooms for socials and banquets.

The TKE house at KU, great location...was built by the Delts,
a great chapter, now inactive. Phi Kappa Theta, a catholic
fraternity, had a binge blast, trashed the house, got kicked off
campus...big stink, bad press...TKE took it over, were themselves
heavily vandalized prior to moving in, but now repaired. I am of
the opinion that the Delts may come back and regain their house,
they were a strong outfit, gone now several years...though.
TKE had their house taken by KU and investors, so the happy
hundred were without a house for some time, but now have
this one.

The new TKE house is the old Phi Kappa Theta house-- just up from the stadium, on the hill.
Here is the pic of the house....

well the pic is HUGE-let me see if i can reduce its size!

The house was vadalized by the former tentants and TKE is awaiting its repairs. Here is a link to that article....

I thought the Old AGD house was down in the flat where LXA was and they were all torn down for Apts.?

What is status of New AGD House up by the Now Old SN and Old LXA Houses?
