Three words come to mind regarding that last house posted at Syracuse, and they all start with the letter M:

Mammoth (It's huge!)
Monumental (What a piece of architecture!)
Munster (As in the Munsters, this house is the epitome of scary looking; I don't think that I would want to live in it; it looks like it might be haunted.)

I'd like to know its history; including how old it actually is. The cost of upkeep on an old property like this one must be sky-high!!!

The new Beta Theta Pi house at Indiana is the subject of a short article, with a picture:

It's not entirely completed, apparently, but soon will be. The house reportedly cost more than the land, and the total is in the vicinity of six million dollars. It is / will be a dry house.
