I'm not a Kappa but I've looked at this more than once so I figured I'd respond. What exactly are Key sisters?
In my chapter, Sigma Kappa, we get Heart sisters at bid day. Your heart sister is like your temporary big sister until everyone gets to know eachother and big/lil pairs are made. We also have Violet sisters. Violet sisters are picked by the pledges and are sisters that inspired the pledge. Violet sis' are matched during inspiration week.
