For the record, the NPC sorority, and only true Delta Phi Epsilon
was founded March 17, 1917. This Delta Phi Epsilon Foreign Service Fraternity/Sorority wasn't founded until January 11, 1920. So I say we're it Siobhan
Besides, after looking at their website, it seems that only the Georgetown Chapter exists at this point.
