I'll check with BIAA. I also think that something can be worked out, but I just thought it was odd that there isn't something specifically for help with dues. I think Colleen was getting at that she can "say" she was going to use the money on books, and use it for dues, but to be honest, I don't really like promoting finding the loop holes. I know something can be worked out. But, that is one of the things I would change.
