Sorry, that should have said third and fourth with a chaRter.
I know that KD is active, I just don't know if KD takes notice of the fact that they are #4 (Black Delta) or not.
I know that Section 56 is trying to bring back Central State, but not sure of how far they've gotten with anyone.
