omg! My jaw is dropping at your dues!! lol I would think that the whole college would be greek! Did you go places/ was everything included?
SK at my college is one of the cheaper/cheapest ones (b/c I think our house is paid for). Most sororities are about 5-10 grand a year (out of house I think). They also don't tell you how much dues are when you're rushing, which I think is a HUGE shocker to some girls when they get in. |

Sorry to intrude- but I thought you might be interested in a picture of the SK house at Ohio University. It is right on Greek Row and has a great front patio where many of the sisters would sit on nice days to people watch. |

Unfortunately, you can't see the entire house from this picture but you get to see part of what the Long Beach SK house looks like.

Brand new, as in built from the ground up this past year? Or was it an older home that was refurbished for the new chapter? Either way, wow, beautiful!

WOW! And to think I almost went to Marquette, too. I would love to live there!

Fabulous house! I bet it is new for Sigma Kappa - all that great woodwork looks too Victorian to be brand new.

The steps are old. So those at least aren't new :p
Gorgeous house. |
We technically dont have a house yet. We were established one year ago this month and we bought a house but they keep pushing back the date we can move in and we can only have 7 girls living in at first. It really sucks because all the other sororities have houses and when the frats go christmas carolling, we dont get to hear it. Things like that suck. Also the fact that we have to hold meeting in a campus meeting room because most of them are too small for us.
